SUPERSTARDJ01 Posted May 11, 2018 Share Posted May 11, 2018 I have a friend that wanted to visit australia he had a caution for possession 5yrs ago but nothing came of it, he's not been in trouble since and has a respectable job that requires regular drug testing, does he have any hope of visiting oz for a holiday? samlab Posted May 13, 2018 Share Posted May 13, 2018 Definitely declare it. My friend has a conviction and always declares it and she’s been to Aus 3 times. They want details and the tourist visa won’t be instant, It will just take a few days longer to process. If not declared, they may get put on a return flight without leaving the airport.
