If employment is not post-qualification, then three additional years of highly relevant employment are required.If the qualification is not in a highly relevant field, two years of employment at an appropriate skill level, completed in the last five years which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation is required. This is reduced to one year if there is an additional qualification at least at AQF Certificate IV level in a highly relevant field.A positive assessment of both qualifications and employment is required for a positive Skills Assessment Outcome. Im pretty much feeling low as there not bright future after business degree. So, anybody can suggest anything? Should I try to get PR with business degree or should study something else? M.s Posted August 13, 2019 Share Posted August 13, 2019 Hi everyone I have got my 186 n 187 refused in Jan 2019 as restaurant manager in Victoria.border force people visited my restaurant twice.they interviewed me n my employer.after everything they refused me by saying that the duties I’m doing are more likely a waitress rather than restaurant manager.i have applied for AAT.i have 4 years full time experience as a restaurant manager.can someone suggest me something.cos I’m really depressed now a days. This is not correct for the occupation of Restaurant Manager. For skills assessment purposes, 1 or 2 years of experience is required, depending on qualifications.
