I really don't want to have to wait 2 months before we can rent anywhere (as much as i like my inlaws!!) As Ali said ,submitt a copy of a healthy bank account balance, write a covering letter explaining your new so have little Aus paperwork/ history, if you have any references be it character or rental submitt them too.
