One of my friends has given up! After studying, working hard and being in Australia for 5 years, he decided to go back to Europe as a better and secure job offer has come along. He applied for 187 visa in August 2016 but could not wait for the government to wake up! I know him well and I can say that Australia is losing very good people people... :-(

My MA has had a couple of his clients do this. They cannot afford to stay in limbo for so long and have decided to withdraw their application and return back home.

Hi Everyone.

Hope you all are doing well.

i need your feedback in relation to my application as i can see you are experience migration agent and you are helping in this forum.

i applied my 186 ENS TRT in COOK, in May immigration officers came to visit my workplace and they took my interview and my manager interview.

my manager was new on job so he didnt know about past years so he didnt give correct answer and at the end of the day his and mine statement not same.

after 3 month means last week they send me letter of "Invitation to comment on adverse information for a nomination application for a ENS nomination"  regarding my application.

they concerned about i am working part time /casual instead of full time and training benchmarks have not been met by the nominator so i am going to provide them last 3 years PAYG & Notice of Assessment from ATO and for training benchmark i am going to put my previous owner's statutory declaration  as he paid training benchmark fees and etc

so can you suggest me this evidence are enough to satisfy case officer question?

my friends suggest me take it positive way, case officer in your favor tats why  you got chance otherwise now days they rejecting files without any reason.

so  what do you think everyone?? will i take positively?? because i am working full time over there, i attached all up to date BAS,PAYG etc

your answer or comment much appreciated.

Thanks

Eli

Sent using Poms in Oz mobile app

Hey gurjit123, I cant applied for 189 or 190 as restaurant manager is not on the list anymore:-( I just cannot see any other members applying for restaurant manager 186 on the forum. It is so hard to tell as most medical application are approved quickly but restaurant manager seem to be the longest wait ever...

Hey Gupta,

Applied for RSMS as a artisan baker on the 5th of July 2016 in SA. Nothing yet. According to the processing visa time, it takes 16 months for the 90% of applications...that means mine should be reviewed in few days. Really doubd it...cheers

16 months completed on 30th October... I have the feeling that there are many people on this forum have been waiting way longer than the published processing time. Can’t believe that all of us is the remaining 10%... :-((
