New passports requested, svac and a document for nomination Ā ( don't know what). 3/2017 Ā nomination approved 10/4/2017 visa approved Massage therapist. Ā At the end I had to follow up with immi if they received the new passports as MA hadn't uploaded my husbands. So I called them a few times Thursday and Friday to check and Monday I called them again to say that they had everything and they granted pr. So all the occupations are still eligible for 187 visa.However, according to recent press release, there will be a massive restructuring on 187 visa in March 2018. Details about the changes are yet to be confirmed but it is clear that the government is going to strengthen the policy on 187 visa as well.So if you have lost your way in 457 visa, you're planning to apply for 187 visa, you'd better hurry before March 2018.
