Hi everyone my Rsms visa was approved in April 2017 that Time i was pregnant and My employer doesn’t allow me to commence my job, then in July after delivery due to my baby health condition I start my work in January 2018 and I worked for one month only then my little one got sick again then doctor doesn’t allow me to continue my work And he give me a certificate to resume my work until my little one gets better. I have 2.5 year medical certificate. And already submitted to employer. Now my question is it’s been 2.5 year has been passed and my 2 year contract has been finished so but I can do know? Do I need to go to same employer to complete my 2 year work or I can go somewhere else?  Many thanks

Hello everyone my 187 visa was approved 20 April 2017 I arrived in Australia 10 may 2017 my employer is in cairns 20 may I went to my employer ask to start my job but he refuse because I am 27 week pregnant and she said its not safe to work in this condition, according to my visa approval letter I have to commence my work 14 September 2017 and my delivery is due 17 September 2017Now I am already lived in cairnsPlease tell me how can I handle this situation.i was booked my accommodation there as well Thanks

I am in same situation too we submit requested documents on 11 May and after that my MA send two email to Immi but no answer yet

I applied 21 September 2015 still waiting

It depend on co, mine is 2 month today since we submit requested documents but nothing hear yet good luck

Hi everyone got a question I apply 187 nommination 21/09/15 and case officer ask further document request 15 /04/16, document submit 11/5/16 no update yet from immigration. As I am on bridging visa E so I have to go offshore to apply my visa. My question is if I fly next week to my country before my nommination approval and my Ma lodge my visa then is there any chance that nommination case officer can pick my visa file same time or it should be in 8 month progress again?

Hi every one, my Ma got an email from Immi and they ask some business docoments Rsms :Cook paramata nomination file: 21/09/2016

We only can apply for nomination on shore, and Visa offshore if we hold bridging visa E and this visa doesn't allow travel so we have to wait outside Australia until the visa get approved
