  1. why your nomination is refused?

  2. Sorry. I meant the applications that submitted in December of 2015.
  3. My agent told me the IMMI just finished the applications that submitted last December. So just wait two more months.
  4. You could have a try. Now I could check both applications' progress in my own immiaccount.
  5. Yes, you can track your nomination application. Give your agent your immiaccount username and ask him to share the nomination application to you. After he does that, you will see two applications(one is visa, the other is nomination) in your own immiaccount.
  6. Yes. My employer updated already. I strongly advise you to have them updated too.
  7. Agree. And the employer's documents (e.g. balance sheet, profit & loss statement) must be updated for the most recently concluded fiscal year.
  8. Today My agent told me in the past weeks thousands applications (including 186 and 187) were refused. Most of them were refused due to incomplete documents.
  9. Processing time for 187 DE has been changed to 15 months. https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/187-
  10. Ask your employer to give you a leave without pay (LWOP), which is from your first working day to the day before you go back to work. You'd better send the application to your employer via email and make sure he or she reply you via email too so that it could be used as evidence if the immi ask you about it in future. In the application you should give a specific reason why you want a LWOP such as pregnancy Above is my personal suggestion, and you'd better consult with your lawyer if you have one..
