I think you can get PR Straight away because they could ask visa doc with nomination decision but they didn't. It's just guess. I m guessing December and early January files will be finish quickly cuz usually ma, employers, employees every one sort of start going on holiday from 18 dec and comes back January 5 so im thinking there won't be many files and that's the reason why we seeing so many November files cuz lot of them don't wanna wait to lodge after holidays. I think he got nomination approval straight away. I personally have no idea how long they take after requested docs submission. As per the spread sheet some people are waiting about 1 or 2 months after docs submission and some have heard within few days. It's all about luck I think. Good luck I wish you hear something soon. Ā Approval of the nomination is not a guarantee that the visa will be approved. The nomination approval means your employer has successfully confirmed they meet the criteria (training benchmark, etc.) and your position is approved. Your visa application will be assessed on whether you meet the criteria for a visa. But if you've provide all the required information showing you meet the criteria, then your visa would be approved.
