Hi all :)

Ā

I've just submitted my 187 direct entry visa this is the timeline so far...

WA RCB submitted: 22nd April

RCB approved: 26th April

Nomination by employer submitted: 27th April

Visa application submitted: 13th May

Acknowledged and bridging visa granted: 16th May

Ā

I have't uploaded any documents yet. From reading posts in this forum a lot of people have been asked to uploaded documents by CO is that additional documents to the ones stated in the document checklist? Also do I need to go ahead and get a health check or do I need to wait to be asked? so over whelmed with everything at the minute. My employer didn't want to use a MA because of cost issues so even more stress on me now to do all the homework myself and trust myself that I am doing everything correctly.

Ā

Any help/tips/advice?

if i were you, i might considered to use MA since the documents checklist for RSMS visa is a lot and a bit complicated ( for me ) also probably you should negotiation with your employer to pay your own MA by yourself, to help you gather all important documents, requirements. Its better to pay a bit more rather than regret at the end, but everything's back again to you, if you can handle everything why not to give it a try . :cute:

How do u know they have started November month's file. Please

Ā

If you refer to the automated email people receive they allocate ENS and RSMS. 186 ENS applicants up to 9 November has had approvals and one guy on that forum also mentioned that a friend received their visa who applied 12 November.
