Hopefully by next week they will submit the documents. your 28 days are over then you should hear something soon. I have noticed mostly people get their visa exactly on 30 th day. I am hoping mine after 10th May only. All the best to you. Ā Additional documents requested for my nomination on 22 April but we were given only 7 days by CO to submiited. She would do it thou. wait is all we can do but don't stress out cz things are happening in time. everyone's file is taking almost same time. So mostly timelines are matching which gives us hope.? According to MA deadline given by CO is 29 April. Anybody in same situation? My nomination was lodged 2feb 2015 Your file opened after bout 2.5 months which is pretty fast. I am given 28 days so as many others. but looks like immigration has changed few things recently to fasten the process that's why you got less time to submit documents. good luck not long to go for you. riya sijosh Posted April 23, 2015 Share Posted April 23, 2015 hi Guys, Ā here is my time line Ā nomination and visa applied :- 26 November additional documents requested for nomination :- 31 march (will only submit Monday 26 th) additional documents requested for my visa :-11 April So i have a doubt that when will my CO takes decision ? my 28 day finish after additional docs request of nomination on 28 th of April and my 28 day finish after additional docs request of visa on 9 th of May..so which 28 day applies to me ? other thing i noticed that i have different CO's for nomination and visa..so how will they work ? if somebody can help me..please... Hi Riya, your nomination will be approved first then the CO will send that approval to your other CO. its good that both your files are opened already. not long to go. good luck. Not any sign and actually they don't have docs to ask. I already have submited PCC and Health . I'm from HR country and extra checks could take the assessment to some extra days.
