    They requested the documents twice from my employer, I don't know which ones. But finally after 13 months I got nomination approved.

    Hey my nomination has been approved already. Lodged 25th November 2014 yes 2014 and approved on 8th December 2015. Visa lodged on 21st December 2015. Hopefully soon I am hoping end of May. Let's see.

    Unfortunately it took more than a year. Documents were asked in April 2015 and then again asked to update documents in November 2015 and finally on 8th December 2015 it got approved. I am offshore, it has been really hard to wait for so long. I am hoping not long to go.

    Same thing happening to me. Nomination lodged on 25th Nov additional documents requested on 10th April. documents haven't been submitted in full till today. few has been submitted on time though. employer went overseas so my MA emailed my CO n explained. till today heard nothing n papers haven't been submitted even after employer came back. I want my CO to give a decision even a NO so that I can do something else. offshore n high risk
