Hi all, 

Our 5 year entry runs out in the next 2 months, we both have a 176 visa, but this was approved before we had a child, and we are currently still in the UK. 

Due to the length of time it takes to get a 101 visa approved, it would mean our last entry date would have past. 

Can we apply for an onshore child visa once we are in Australia? If we bring her out on an ETA, I have looked and there isn’t a no further stay on the visa.

If she hasn't yet got the ETA how do you know it hasn't got a No Further Stay?Its unlikely to have one but you won't know for sure till its granted. How long have you spent in oz since validating your own visas?

Hi, we visited in April this year and we obtained an ETA then, it all looks ok with no, no further stay on it ! We have been in oz a total of 6 weeks since validated our visas, just holidays and scouting around areas.

If she has a valid ETA to enter Australia, then you could submit an onshore child visa application when you're here.  And ETA cannot have a No Further Stay condition applied to it.
