Wembley Downs is a lovely area, close to the beaches and with some great parks. I hope you have jobs to come to, Perth is doing it tough at the moment. My niece goes to Dance Steps in Wembley for dance and acro. For gymnastics try Wembley Downs primary school. They've tried other schools but this seems to be a favourite. Good luck.
