Evidence that child meets health requirements: Please note: In lieu of requiring the child to attend BUPA and undertake Medical Examination, where the child is 6 months old or less, was born in, and has never departed Australia since time of birth, you can provide a recent report or letter from the treating general practitioner, paediatrician or obstetrician detailing the health of the child. The report or letter needs to state that Doctor/ Specialist have examined the child; and provide details of the child's health Where the child is more than 6 months old, was not born in Australia, or has travelled outside of Australia since time of birth, the child will be expected to undergo a health assessment with BUPA with a HAP ID provided by the DIBP. eMedical Form is attached. rammasingh22 Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 Hi guys my nomination is approved on 1/04/2016 but my passport was expired on 19/03/2016 so that's why co did not grant my or visa I got new passport now been updated today morning so guys any guess how long they can take for pr my visa and nomination was submitted on 18 August 2015 and co documents first time on 20 feb 2016.... These docs are basic requirements n mine didn't realise or bothered @avatar it is mandatory or you can choose to get stuffed like us waiting after 6 months. We will definitely get it soon sukh Thank you Jacobaug, I asked my ma about market salary rate info and she said " at the moment your application is fine" without that document, I don't know what's really going on.
