She said if I import it to my account she can not receive any emails etc... Is that true? I cant understand why as I still see her email address and everything on the communication screen. Mine is still at info requested after agent gave them clearance. Less than 5 minutes. It was a button "Completed" (or something like that) and I pressed it.
