Sure, i didnt use MA too, did it myself. A bit unsure though but just did it. Heres what i did and the documents i attached: 1. Created my account in immi. 2. Attached the following documents (all JP stamped) - Birth Certificate - Passport - AFP - Home country police clearance 3. I didnt do medical exam prior to my application. So i waited til i get a HAP ID to get medical exam. 4. Attached my Receipt for Medical Examination (after i paid it) 5. Attend my med exam appointment. 6. Waited for the results. 7. Checked my immi account to see if I got the health clearance. ( Yes BUPA submitted it) 8. CO emailed and called regarding the document requested - (my passport expired) 9. Submitted validity extension proof 10. Wait for 28 days. 11. After 33 days from the date the CO contacted me (including weekends) i Got my PR grant. Below are the steps I did: Asked JP to sign the following documents: - Birth Certificate - Passport (photo page) - Diploma - AFP Police Certificate - Home country Police Certificate Created my IMMI account Created my health declaration thru my IMMI account Wait for my company to lodge my nomination, after that I have undergone Medical exam Lodge my application thru my IMMI account. Submitted all the documents as per above, including my updated Resume, and my contract. As of now, I am still waiting for updates on my application. By the way, I did not use MA as well. bennyluk Posted November 2, 2015 Share Posted November 2, 2015 Got an email from my MA, in summary: - Standard processing time for the department is 5 months - Regional Sponsored Visa has a higher processing priority - I have noticed that the process has slowed down recently, which is not ideal. Also while I was doing the application I contact immigration a few times to ask any doubts I had. Have a read!
