reubs2016
I just realised a company I worked for in the past trade under a different name for tax purposes. So if u understand what I'm saying that on my CV and in the industry they are known as one name but on my tax return form from the tax office they trade under a different name. I'm not claiming points for this employment but just concerned It will be construed as misleading/lying? rammygirl
May companies trade under different names. If you are concerned you could for example look them up on companies house website. It should hopefully show the names are linked to the same company. Print that page off and include it with a short explanation. Companies change names and get get taken over all the time, they should be well aware of the issue.

Eera
My company has an official name, a trading name, staff are paid under a different company name and assets are part of a separate holding company. It's not unusual at all.
ABG
They'll have seen it all before. My company is the same. Assets held in top co., trading company is a subsidiary. It's a safer corporate structure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
