Stuju ,yes I finally did get to bed albeit I fell asleep on the couch - ouch!! Kim, thanks for that had the other agent round today just as bad as I thought so have decided to sell house privately otherwise Plan B which will be to rent it out - really don't want to do that but may have no choice.
