Our agent will be the ones getting the email but am I the holder of a 189 visa do you think ? we have the email.. We are officially the holders of a 189 visa. We lodged EOI 29th June. However really Finalised simply means a decision has been made on your application, which could also be a refusal if that was the outcome. Shair ali Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 I applied for subclass 476.Now the visa is capped & ceased and no further application will be grant till next financial year and my application status is finalised. wrussell Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 If your application was capped and ceased, you are deemed not to have made the application and in any case 476 has been deleted, so you cannot reapply.
