He has received an confirmation email from "correspondance@border.gov.au" where it is mentioned that "immigration.dubai@dfat.com.au" should be used for the correspondence. But it has been nearly 8 months but he has not received any reply from this email although he has sent 4 5 emails to know about the status. They are supposed to reply with in 5 6 business days but looks like they are not even reading the email which is very frustrating. MaggieMay24 Posted March 13, 2016 Share Posted March 13, 2016 Most partner visas take at least 10-12 months to be processed, so if he does get a response it would likely be that he would be contacted only if they need something from him to finalise the application.
