Had the $12 specials, OH had a really good pizza and me and my friend had chicken parmigiana with chips and salad. It was better than what I had at Jamie Oliver's in the city and a third of the price. The beers were a bit lame but the pale ale was pretty good. Bit far to go for us just for lunch but will definitely pop in if nearby. Best meal I've had this week was a proper posh picnic on the beach with my big Sis. 32c not a cloud in the sky, just beautiful. Cheapy Tuesday Pizza today for dinner from Eagle Boys. $7.50 for a large pizza, 2 bottles of Margs River Catching Thieves Cab Merlot for $20, and no we didn't drink both as my big Sister, unlike me is far too sensible and I'm on best behaviour :laugh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I love to eat at Durty's Nelly's in Shafto Lane, we have never had a bad meal and the servings are amazing I really enjoyed The Lucky Shag for lunch a few weeks ago, it was my first time there I took Stacey to Crown Resort, we had Dinner in the Casino, it was $22.90 for a buffet with free soft drinks, tea and coffee, although not like the Buffet at The Atruim which is $75 a head xxxxx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tonyman Posted March 1, 2016 Share Posted March 1, 2016 I visit the British fish n chips shop in Southlands off South Street now and agian during lunch .........for $6.95 you get two large fish and large chips , enough for two ........take it home and make mushy peas and gravy ..........lunch is 11 till 4.30 then they go up in price they sell everything we had back in the uk ......
