E2306
Hi there, We are in the early stages of a visa application and I was wondering if my brother in law and fiancé who have just received their citizenship will help with our application. We are applying for a 189 and have the 60 points but could this boost our chances? Thanks
Sammy1
No, it makes no difference to your application.
lebourvellec
They could depending if the live in regional Australia, you could get 10 points but this would be for a provisional 489 visa which means you need to live and work in regional Australia before you qualify for PR. If if you have 60 points now it is not worth looking at that visa as there are the conditions of the visa that must be followed to be eligible for PR. with 60 points you may need to wait a few rounds before you are invited 2-3 months at the most.
