May have changed as its been 12 years but when I looked into it I couldn't get one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I dont know about extremely but yeah its pretty hard compared to australia and nz. As far as i know you make a profile and its like a lottery wether you get picked. Im not sure how that works with costs though if you dont get picked.
