Just open up your husbands immiaccount, select the visa and go to the eLodgement page. On the right hand side of the page there will be a link to change passport details, click the link. It will produce a drop down menu, select your son's name, put in new passport details, scan the bio page of the new passport, and.... hey presto, it's done.
