Also am I better off booking in advance (possibly cheaper online - web specials) or just ringing up the day before? I'd be grateful for any advice on this one. Many thanks. Steve. The car was excellent & when we needed to extend our rental period & change to a smaller car they were very helpful despite it being a bank holiday weekend & cars being in very short supply they managed to get me one. Guest Liz and Paul Posted May 24, 2008 Share Posted May 24, 2008 Hi Steve, We've used Red Spot at Sydney Airport and the Gold Coast airport - good service, I would recommend booking beforehand online, just so that you don't have to mess about at the airport - the car will be waiting ready for you.
