RebeccaMatt
May sound silly, but there is just too much info on this on the internet sometimes. Can someone 'briefly' sum up how this works for me? If your job is on the CSOL, does that mean you can apply for sponsorship if you have a job to go to? My husband is exploring options for his little sister (not that she has a job to go to but just trying to show her options)
Bungo
Yes it means that the job is eligible for sponsorship.
VERYSTORMY
Sponsorship can be either via a job or one of the states. State sponsorship would be preferable as it would be a permanent visa. Company sponsorship is usually just a temporary visa.
