There must be some employment agencies in Penrith, probably in High Street You could look on the internet on http://www.seek.com.au and maybe look up the websites for Nepean Hospital, Penrith Panthers Leagues Club, University of Western Sydney, and Westfield. You should do your RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate if you want to work in bars and restaurants. And Google 'Meet Ups Penrith' to see if there are any social groups you fancy.
