wandarri
Hi, can anyone recommend a mortgage broker who has experience in dealing with investment purchases - I am looking for someone very proactive who looks outside the box when brokeing and who has access to lots of lenders - I am dispondent with the current brokers I am using. thanks
Keith and Linda
I use my bank, never had any problem with them making things work for me, so neither they or I are at great risk (though no guarantees on the market not imploding)
Marisawright
Hi, can anyone recommend a mortgage broker who has experience in dealing with investment purchases - I am looking for someone very proactive who looks outside the box when brokeing and who has access to lots of lenders - I am dispondent with the current brokers I am using. thanks Are you trying to build a portfolio fast - i.e. buy one property -improve it - rent it out - refinance on the increased value, rinse and repeat? If so, it's a lot harder to do than it used to be in Australia (I'm not sure about the UK). Run-down properties aren't as cheap as they should be. If you're having trouble getting finance then there's probably a good reason - you're overcommitting yourself.
toOZ2012
There a few good ones that hang out on various property forums. Really comes down to what you are trying to do. Be sure to talk to a few, though. properyinvesting.com somersoft.com
