SupunD
Hi All This may sound stupid, but i want to ask what the advantages will be there for a current student visa holder to getting in PR under skill migration? I am a PhD candidate currently studying in Sydney and I have the minimum requirement for applying for skill migration. I am wondering whether I should wait until the completion of my studies or apply now with minimum criteria. Thanks in Advance
VERYSTORMY
Well, the big difference is that you would pay domestic fees rather than international.
SupunD
Thanks VERYSTORMY, but I am on a Fully paid scholarship, so that won't affect on me
VERYSTORMY
In that case is depends on if you intend to stay in oz once you complete your studies. There is a good chance that accountant will be removed from the skills list.
blossom
You would get full Medicare
rammygirl
If you want to stay and meet the criteria now then apply now, you may not meet the requirements if you wait. Also you can be sure the prices will go up yet again!
