Michael1984
How do I go about swapping my current sponsor to another one 457? Anyone done this? Anyone knows costs etc? Also I am looking to start a savings account, can anyone recommend a good high interest savings account. I currently bank with NAB. many thanks, MIchael

MaggieMay24
If your new employer isn't already an approved Standard Business Sponsor, they need to lodge that application and then they lodge a nomination to assume your 457 visa. You don't need to lodge anything. SBS cost was $420 last year and can't quickly find it on DIBP website to see if it's changed Nomination cost is $330 Both these costs MUST be paid by the employer.
