MARYROSE02
Where do I send the completed form? Send this completed form to the address: • in the original visa application form; or • in the acknowledgement letter or email that was sent to you after the original visa application was lodged; or • of the relevant Australian Processing Centre for your visa, see www.immi.gov.au/contacts/offices.htm We will contact you if more information is needed. MaggieMay24
If you've applied online, you simply upload the form. Otherwise, send it to the same location you sent your original application along with a cover letter that notes your name, TRN, etc. to make sure it gets connected with your original application. rammygirl
Surely they were on the application anyway, albeit as a non migrating dependent as all dependants must be declared. You therefore need to submit a change of information. I assume the son is dependent on you? If he was not included at all seems a bit odd, did you take any advice about your application? also there is a fee for additional dependants now so did you pay for him to start with? MaggieMay24
From the OP's posting history, it looks like his son is a newborn.

Nicki1111
Are you then going to wait for a CO to add the extra applicant before attaching all your evidence to your visa?
wats2014
If you go to upload documents on the top right,a long list of documents will show on the drop down list. The different forms are are all on there. I am going to wait for CO before uploading supporting documents.

joti
Hi, I'm filling up a form 1436 for my de-facto who's overseas, do I just have to leave the space for his signature blank, or scan it for him to let him sign, then be emailed back to me. Needed this form because I made a mistake of not thinking a de-facto is also a family member, so I ticked "No" in the question where they asked if I have any migrating family members.
