Symen
According to your information, I feel you are eligible for sponsorship visa (subclass 489) of Australia. But for a clear advice I would suggest you to get assistance by an expert visa consultant, who could guide you well on the desired eligibility requirements
VERYSTORMY
The first question is do you live in a designated area as required by the 489?

mrtension
Hi guys I was checking the website for NT they says Offshore applicants must provide evidence of having received an offer of employment in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation does it means that he needs to have a job offer to apply state sponsorship, please advise thanks
hasanjavied1
In my openion he should apply on his positive skill asseesment as aus needs skilled ppl not sponsored ppl. Your relation and detail will add in later on and support him attaining his visa. As his secuity checks will be less if you do not have any criminal record
MaggieMay24
If needs to provide evidence of having received an offer of employment, then yes that means he needs to have a job offer to apply for state sponsorship from NT.
