Hi my husband and I are wanting to make the move to oz with our young children. My husband is a motor mechanic with several years experience and has just passed his MOT license. What are the best sites for looking for jbs with visas attached to the jobs. We had a horrific yea last year and want to make a fresh start as soon as possible and thought that finding a job with a visa would be the quickest route. Would love to know your thoughts

My thoughts are that you should go for best visa, not quickest visa. Especially with a young family.

In any case, trying to find a job and a willing employer sponsor, is not usually a quick process, even if the visa application process itself is quicker than some others, it can take a long and frustrating time to get there. Most people never will..

So my advice, forget about looking for jobs, look into skilled migration. Read up about the 189 or 190 visa on the below website.

Lots of the main dealers seem to offer sponsorship visa's but with a family i think you would be better seeing if you qualify for a Permanent visa and then job seeking once its granted. That visa offers a lot more security once your here and doesnt leave you tied to one employer, so if you dislike the job you can go and find another one.

Lots of luck with everything

I agree with the above. However, I notice from your previous posts you have a medical condition. As a result, I would advise you consult a specialist agent to help with a visa application. George Lombard is well known for this.

Good pick up VS. Having read those old posts now, it does look like passing medicals could be difficult. And as others said back then, sounds like you get terrific help in the UK, I would not expect to receive same in Australia.
