Kooky
Hi I have read somewhere about special migrant flights. Does anyone know/have experience with these type of flights? What is different - price/baggage etc? Thanks
Rupert
I think if you google you might find a company that does them, can't remember the name. But I really would not get too excited about it, or limit yourself to "migrant flights", just shop around and compare everything. Most people will just book a regular flight. Grabri
It looks as if you have a Pr visa and contact Singapore airlines they allow 40kilos (instead of 20) for free. Quantas offer migrant flights but apparently they are a rip off.
amandapanda
Hi I struggled to find any special treatment for flights, but with using a visa agent and getting shipping prices, I was bombarded with sales calls from all sorts of other services.... One being anz bank who if you open a bank account you get a code to get 45kg luggage economy instead of 30kg when you book via Emirates. I found that useful !! Hope it goes well
Guest
IOM does the migrant fares. Not really cheaper, only the excess baggage. Limited airlines and routes. Singapore only give 10kg more now as their standard allowance is now 30kg.
