VERYSTORMY
We have been in mandurah 6 years and love it. Very much a beach lifestyle. The only thing to be careful of is what job you do. It doesn't have much big corporate office work.

Work for myself over here,I will be willing to re train and start lower down the ladder for a while. Site work for me as I can't remember the last time I wore a tie. VERYSTORMY
You should be fine. There are lots of new houses being built in mandurah and most with air con so I would think there will be plenty of work available.
