kate25
I'm returning to the UK permanently soon. I've been in the country for five years and a permanent resident for 6months. Is there any way I can claim my superannuation?
VERYSTORMY
Afraid not, the moment you became a PR you locked it in.
MARYROSE02
You might have to wait until you are 55 years old? You could keep paying into it, even whilst you are in the UK, if it is giving a good return, just consider it part of your retirement strategy. I have pensions in both countries.
