Rupert
You can work in any field on a working holiday visa. You just cannot stay with one employer for more than six months.
ScotOz2014
does that apply on the 2nd year of my visa?
VERYSTORMY
Yes. Though if you do the last six months of your first visa with one employer, you could do the next six months as part of your second year with the same employer.
CaptainR
You will also need the Australian fitness qualifications to work, which you should get some level of prior learning credit for. My wife is in Brisbane ahead of our planned move (Early May) filling in the gaps to gain the Level III and IV as well as the First Aid qualifications and Australian Fitness Council registration,
ScotOz2014
so what your saying is that i have to get the australian qualifications (which will probably be the equivalent of what i've already got). so il have to go through the process of getting the qualifications again? connaust
No, you just need to get them assessed for RPL recognition of prior learning via certified workplace assessor and trainer for sports and fitness (any prospective employer who delivers training should be able to do).
