applehead
Hey guys I am currently with NAB and have a Personal account and have just sent up a new savings account. Normally when I pay with my debit card I press savings and it comes out of my personal account. Now I have an actual savings account, if i press savings will this come out of my new savings account or will it continue to come out of my personal account? Thanks
Rupert
There is a NAB sponsored forum, maybe ask in there, you will get a response from NAB themselves. This is the migration section, for questions about visas and so on.

Parley
Hey applehead, It is a bit confusing but the accounts linked to your eftpos card (debit card) assigned to either Cheque Account or Debit Account are whatever you want them to be. You can go into your branch and just ask them to switch the one currently linked to Savings to be linked to Cheque if you wish. It doesn't have to be a cheque account. It was just called that historically in the 80's and stuck.
Guest guest73691
It would be worth checking. I have a savings account with the same bank as I have my current account and the savings account isn't actually linked to my debit card. So I still press "savings", but the money is only coming out of my current account.
