DanParza
Hi guys I have a question. I can't find the answer and I can't reach the immigration (no reception). On the 2nd of May 2013 I entered Australia (Perth, 3:00 PM) When do I have to (MUST) leave Australia? - On the 1st of May 2014? - On the 2nd of May 2014? - On the 2nd of May 2014 before 3:00 PM WA time? I am on a WHV and I know that I am allowed to stay here for 12 months/365 days At this moment I am busy with my specific regional work. I will be finished on the 28th of April. So 1 day more or less to book a ticket is for me pretty convenient to know. Thanks!!!
BritChickx
I'd say the 1st of may
Guest ukgirl
I'm pretty sure it would be the 1st of May. Check the expiry on your medicare card if you have one. That's how I figured it out for myself. For me it worked out the day before. Yeah you want to be careful not to overstay
Rossmoyne
365 days from the day that you entered Australia. Therefore 1st May 2014.

Killara
The best way to check is to login to VEVO: https://online.immi.gov.au/evo/firstParty?actionType=query
Raul Senise
I do not recommend leaving it until the very last day. All it takes is a cancelled flight, as missed connection or even slow traffic and you risk becoming unlawful.
