VERYSTORMY Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 Hard to say without seeing a copy of the ad. But my guess is one is pre tax salary. The other is pre tax salary plus super. Here it is a requirement that everybody pays 9.25% (increasing in stages over the next few years to 12%) into a super fund. This is basically a private pension.
