dream208 Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 I recently got my 189 visa (Skilled - Independent) and i want to sponsor my brother under the 489 class (Regional Sponsored) what i need to know is wether i must have a job in Australia at the time of the sponsorship or not as i work for a multinational company but i live in australia I know i have to have live in Australia in one of the designated regions but should my employer be an Australian company or not.
