Have been here about 14 months, but there is the possibility that we might have to go back to the UK for work. Alan Collett Posted November 9, 2013 Share Posted November 9, 2013 Hello Billie. Are you referring to an employer sponsored permanent residency application? If so, you can apply offshore or onshore. Note though that you are looking at a Direct Entry application if you haven't been working for the sponsoring employer for at least 2 years on a 457 visa. Best regards.
