Hotrod
Hi, I have an Australian (map) Garmin sat nav for sale on ebay UK if anyone is interested. I would be very useful for any one planning to migrate or holiday in Australia in the near future. I will post to the UK or even Oz. No offers. Bidding only please. newjez
Can't you just put UK maps in it?
sparrow9999
from what we found out it cost you more for the maps than to buy a new sat nav
Hotrod
Hi, Yes. New maps are downloadable at a fee. But it doesn't make financial sense. As they are quiet expensive. So I will sell this one and use my iphone sat nav feature for free. I'm just hoping to get a couple of dollars / pounds back. thanks for your interest. Bobbsy
Hmmm...Garmin maps must be expensive. I've got Australia, UK, Western Canada and Western USA on my Tom Tom and the 3 extra countries were still a lot cheaper than buying a new satnav. Still, in these days of free maps on a phone I wonder how long specialist units can keep going.
