Guest Ptp113
It's dumping again as it has been for several weeks. What looked like a very poor ski season has turned into a blinder with more forecast. ACT high country should have plenty after today and the next week. Hard to believe your in Oz when you go out in the pines with snow everywhere.

Petals
My son's mil has posted a lovely photo on Facebook of the snow at their place in the Hills in Gippsland.
sunniecat
we can see it out on the top of the Brindabellas, but nothing further in than that. Looks like it's turned into a cracking season in the Snowies too, though if we have any chance to get there it'll be halfway through September at earliest, so I'm hoping it lasts! Bobj
Just remembered...in 1965 there was snow on the Eungella Ranges, inland from Mackay. It is the furthest north that snow has ever been recorded. Cheers, Bobj.

Quoll
Yeah, we had snow the October long weekend the year we got our chooks! Poor little devils out there in their brand new chook tractor wondering what hit them. That'd have been about 20 yrs ago I should think.
