ginger
Hi, I am wanting an approx timeline from lodge of application to becoming a PR with my employers nomination. My frind who took this route didn't get a case officer for 7 months and the lodge took 2 months. That seems to be alot longer than I anticipated. I thought this was a 2week all in process if you have all your paperwork prepared correctly. Cheers ginger
Rupert
I thought the permanent employer sponsored visas were taking a good six months at the moment.
blossom
Yes, they are quoting six months I believe. But of course it can be longer. I think you are getting confused with the 457 visa. That is the only one where it is sometimes issued that quickly.
northshorepom
6 months seems about right judging from guys at work, although both had health issues that would have slowed things up somewhat
Tickled Pink
It recently took us 4 months and 10 days, however, since the new system came in we have been the fastest through that we've heard about. The longest I heard of was 15 months. Thread: Skillselect ENS 186 Timeline This current and ongoing timeline should give you a much better idea on wait times. Two weeks? not a chance!!
