They have been so supportive throughout the process and have kept us informed throughout via email and telephone at no extra cost. We were originally applying for the 190 visa but at the last moment they advised us to changed to the 189 visa. Due to not having a high credit card limit we we able to make payments to them through other means and they made the payments on our behalf. They have also sent us templates for CV's and applications and have taken the hassle from the process. They were recommended to us by friends who are now in Perth and I would recommend them to you. Another question , if u fail ur IELTS or trade test , I guess that isn't all in hr quote ... U have to pay xtra ?
