mel73
Hi, around 15years ago I was cautioned by the police. How does this acpo work? Is it a certificate stating dates etc... Or will this caution be mentioned. Was wondering before I complete form!!!!
mattybe
i had a caution. Answer yes to convictions and give an explanation. It doesnt list dates for caution. you just get "no live trace" , which if you had nothing would be "no trace". It wont affect your chances of a visa one bit..so honesty is the best policy. As someone said on here, if you fail to mention it, they may wonder whst else is you havr failed to mention.
