    Where to find building work?

Plenty of bricklaying jobs in Perth. Walk into a site or phone a number in a paper to become part of a team and off you go. Lots of unskilled people having a go, making a mess, so no problem if you can actually lay. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Child Maintenance. Advice needed.

I haven't seen the letter, so have no idea about a contact name. My mum phoned to tell me about it in panic, wondering why I hadn't paid... I'll have a beer before I try calling them...or two. I'll have the tramadol waiting for afterwards ? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I hadn't thought of that, it is a possibility. Why would it mention arrears though? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Child Maintenance. Advice needed.

Hi all. I paid child maintenance through the Uks CSA while living in the Uk. When I moved, I wrote them a letter (in duplicate) stating that I was no longer in the Uk and as I was moving into temporary accommodation out of the Uk, they could contact me using my email address stated for any additional information they needed. I advised that I would continue paying on time. I have yet to receive any emails from the CSA. They have now acknowledged my letter by means of a notice of court proceedings for unpaid arrears sent to my parents address. I have paid maintenance to my ex wife ahead of schedule since I moved. The same letter from the CSA mentions that they're aware that I've been paying! What have/am I being taken to court for??! (I don't know if a court date has been set or has passed). Any suggestions on what I should do from those who've had contact with the CSA? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

So slow...not laid back, more like horizonal

Oh. I'd presumed it as a 'not losing' rather than win. I'm tired though, past my bedtime Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I couldn't last time although I had heard of that option (from poms in oz). I was in hospital for a few weeks with a sick baby while my OH tried to juggle work and 3 more children. I guess something lacks a little though as we shouldn't have to chase everything Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I'm expecting this of the agent we're using now unfortunately. The previous bond was through a private rental with someone on poms in oz, who unlike most we come across was very professional Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I've noticed. The Auspost woman faxed passport pages today! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  15. Is it just WA or all states...5 weeks for house bond returned (after I chased it), no sign of new tenancy agreement for 3 months (on 3rd time of going to Real Estate company, finally got a 'copy' slightly doctored), Passport application not processed but when I chase it I get told that 'it's on hold' due to an error Auspost made. Good of them to tell us. This list carries on but I won't bore you all with details. Just needed to rant. WA certainly living up to its 'waiting awhile' persona people keep referring to.
