Hi all. I paid child maintenance through the Uks CSA while living in the Uk. When I moved, I wrote them a letter (in duplicate) stating that I was no longer in the Uk and as I was moving into temporary accommodation out of the Uk, they could contact me using my email address stated for any additional information they needed. I advised that I would continue paying on time. I have yet to receive any emails from the CSA. They have now acknowledged my letter by means of a notice of court proceedings for unpaid arrears sent to my parents address. I have paid maintenance to my ex wife ahead of schedule since I moved. The same letter from the CSA mentions that they're aware that I've been paying! What have/am I being taken to court for??! (I don't know if a court date has been set or has passed). Is it just WA or all states...5 weeks for house bond returned (after I chased it), no sign of new tenancy agreement for 3 months (on 3rd time of going to Real Estate company, finally got a 'copy' slightly doctored), Passport application not processed but when I chase it I get told that 'it's on hold' due to an error Auspost made. There are lots of training centres around where you can do a white card. It takes a maximum of 4 hours. They're State specific. Mount Hawthorn is lovely. For a pool, it may be over budget though as it's close to the city. There's a big park/reserve on the way up to Ellenbrook with lots to do called Whiteman Park. I don't know what it's like in areas near there though. You appear to get more for your money in Armadale area (SOR) ...we went to Brookdale (nearby) and the road had lots of signs along the lines of: Sienna Wood town centre will be here next to a field. Register with medicare. Find a doctor and 'book in' The dr will refer you to the nearest public hospital. You'll have the choice to elect for a c-section. You can't choose a doctor if public.
