Short term rentals for perth

Hi has anyone good contact for short term 1 month rentals in perth area for temp accommodation

that is reasonable and clean for family of three for march April 2013 .some of the rentals are very tired and pricey to say the least.we are planning south of the river any help would be gratefully received

Hi, I am also looking for a short term rental property. I have found that the high quality rental accommodation is quite expensive. I am basically looking for South of the river, close to Hammond Park as thats where I have been offered a job. I was thinking about anywhere in Coogee but could not find much on realestate.com.au The ones that I liked were a bit too expensive. Therefore I am not sure what to do. My employer has said that I should look for a place in South Perth as living in North and driving in to south on a daily basis can be very tedious due to frequent traffic jams.

 

I am planning to buy once I am settled in my job. So any advice about a nice, affordable, safe area for a young family in South Perth would be highly appreciated.

i found these two companies last night........never actaully used them but they look good........give them a try & good luck

http://www.ozhouserental.com/ - this one has chie of 2 bed flats or 3 bed houses with various locations

 

http://www.flipkey.com/perth-vacation-rentals/p357825/ this one looks like only One house
